As you may be aware we are shipping from Hong Kong and the people in the warehouse are taking a well-deserved break for New Year's -

Because of this we will be shipping rewards that have been claimed recently later this week.

According to the shipping platform, more than 95% of backers have received their rewards/perks!!

That leaves only the people who haven't filled out the survey yet.

We still have one situation where it's almost impossible to ship to the Canary Islands apparently…at least from Hong Kong...(Still trying to figure that one out)

Maybe I'm going to have to get on an airplane and deliver it myself ? 

Would definitely love to come down there and say "hi" to Ruben… 

But maybe we can find some other delivery method..

A couple situations where people moved and/or the Backerkit database put their old address...

In this situation, I re-sent the Waschii's at my expense.

It was partially my fault because of shipping delays and I really appreciate everybody's patience and support.

But....

Please make sure that you "double check" your address when you complete the survey.?

I've noticed that Backerkit tries to automatically complete MY address based upon my phone number...

And sometimes it's the wrong one.
