We’re Having some delays sending out the surveys because I want to make sure I communicate the most fair shipping prices to you.
The main motivation is to make sure that we charge you the fair prices on the shipping without losing money ourselves.

Because there are many different countries that we’re shipping to.. the shipping rates are different for each country and the amount of Waschiis that people pledged support for.
The shipping companies charge on two different methods, one is called “dimensional weight“ the other one is called “actual weight”..
The shipping platform that we use gives us options of 20 or 30 different couriers to get the best price and value for you…
having more options sometimes makes things more complicated…
Especially when there are so many different countries we’re shipping to
I’m sending emails back-and-forth to the warehouse, the shipping platform and, the survey platform.
It’s a bit complicated with the warehouse being in a different time zone and waiting for replies from the shipping platform.
I’m hoping to have this resolved within a day or so.

The survey for Indiegogo supporters  comes out on a different schedule than the Kickstarter survey-you should receive that within the next seven days..
manufacturer sent me some photos of a recent second manufacturing run..

Orders should be shipped by the 16th of June.
 We are currently manufacturing 1282 more Waschiis right now and they will being finished by June 10th.
Within the next week you'll be receiving a "survey" to confirm your delivery address and process any shipping.
In the process of preparing for shipping we've realized that the shipping for one Waschii is about the same as the shipping for two Waschii's… Only about five dollars difference.
Please let us know if you would like to add an additional Waschii to your order to drive down the per-unit cost.
For myself, living in my camping car, travelling around, I find that two Waschii's take care of 90% of my laundry needs.
for two people I would suggest getting three or four.
