Good day, everybody.
Thanks again for your support on this Kickstarter journey.

There's so many
different things to learn.
It's been such an amazing process.

Recently, there's been a 'learning experience" that has
to do with the database for shipping.

So there's been a little bit of a delay
sending out some shipping orders
I apologize for that.
We're currently working
through that.
Because the shipping costs are so high
(Coming from Hong Kong)
we were trying to transition over to using Amazon as a shipping
service to reduce the costs.
In the process..
The Amazon system is really quite
complicated and large..

We were able to set everything up.
But then there was a "hiccup"...
That locked up
the shipping process
and caused a bit of confusion.
We got most of that resolved ,
Most of the orders got sent out yesterday,
and we'll get the others
sent out in the next few days.
Once we resolve this
situation with Amazon,
the shipping costs will be going down
for people in some countries,
(notably in the US)
I want to figure out a fair way
to thank people for their support
Offering some sort of discount
(When we're on Amazon)
that they can share
with their friends or family
or if they want additional Waschiis
to show our appreciation for people's support, understanding
and patience
(regarding the higher shipping costs coming from Hong Kong)

I want to do that in a way that's fair
to the people who are supporting now
I think we're going to offer a coupon code
for purchasing off of Amazon,..
I'll figure that out and I'll present it to everybody
Hopefully it seems fair and equitable
It'll be a way to show our appreciation for your help,support,and patience.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping on this learning journey and process.
It's been a wonderful experience
I really appreciate all the positive comments
and support that we've received,
